Established in 2009, Orbitsound is a family run British business, created to share Airsound™ technology outside of the recording studio via quality, crafted audio products.

Challenge and Objectives

Orbitsound were looking for an expert partner in establishing a sustainable channel to market for their refurbished and end of line stock.

The objective was to ensure these channels were complementary to the overall sales strategy of the business.

Our Approach and Partnership Strategy

XS Items initially proposed a revenue share resale agreement covering stock management, listing development and promotions, fulfilment and customer care.

This initial approach expanded into repair and refurbishment service to add value and ultimately into providing a fulfilment proposition for Orbitsound retailers and online sales.

Our Results

A significant uplift in sales of refurbished units assisted Orbitsound in meeting their financial and environmental targets.

The XS Items service now covers all the repair and refurbishment of Orbitsound stock as well as warranty claims.
